All pups have had their first vaccination and checked over by the vet, all are fit and well with all the boys 'complete'! The vet's practice was all over the pups, they loved them! Had enough fun getting them there and into the practice!

Also I'd like to mention about the puppy food for those that are reading this. We were feeding them on Butcher's puppy food mixed with Beaphars lactol milk. For a while we were having real issues with loose poo's, so we tried them on something different to see what their reaction was. We now feed them on ASDA's own Hero puppy food (tinned) and this has done the trick. Their systems are back to normal and 'complete' so it is safe to say that the Butcher's food was way too rich for them. You think you are doing the right thing but in this instance it was not.

Beaphars lactol, urm yes, what a con! We have bought so many tubs of this stuff, probably 1.5kg every two days and at £25 a tub it has become expensive. Only gripe here is the older tubs were 7 scoops to a pint of water, the newer tubs are 11 scoops and the scoops are not small! For those of you wishing to continue with puppy milk either buy a smaller tub and make it up or buy the cartons, which isn't cheap either. However all the pups are lapping water from bowls so no worries there.

Tomorrow (Friday) sees the first pups to go, that'll be hard and then Saturday we have a few more leaving for pastures new.
