Puppies and Daisy settling down nicely, feeding patterns getting known, what they want and when they want it. Daisy is feeding them well and stimulating them when it comes to toileting etc. Daisy seems to be back to her old self a little, tail wagged today! However her only focus is the pups and it's a game to peel her away for a toilet break! We took Oreo's collar off today so he can sneak up to the whelping pen to peak over the top, before Daisy would hear his disc and start growling at him! We purchased a better digi set of scales so we could weigh them on a daily basis to ensure all were getting equal treatment and drinking sessions! We are keeping a spreadsheet of the weights as we go. Also had to identify each puppy be it by certain marks or a touch of nail varnish, they all look the same at this age, only 4 have distinct spots or markings.We have found the runt of the litter and therefore keeping an eye on his development. Not a bad thing as Oreo was the runt in his litter, so he turned out alright didn't he!
